  • Can I freeze my membership?

    Yes. A freeze can occur once a year for up to 3 months. There is a $10/month freeze fee to keep your account active. *Military order forms waive this fee.

  • How do I cancel my membership?

    Please email “nick@justperformtraining.com” with your request for cancellation. A staff member will be in touch to further assist. Mailing a letter or in person request are also valid means of requesting cancellation. There is a one month cancellation policy for all monthly memberships.

  • Do I need to have a trainer to workout at Just Perform Barbell?

    No. A trainer is not required to workout at Just Perform Barbell. If you’d like to work with a trainer we do offer various different training services.

  • Can I bring a guest to Just Perform Barbell?

    Yes. All guests must have a valid day pass to visit. See staff or purchase a day pass online or through the Gymmaster app. Failure to comply with this policy will result in, $150 fee per party and membership termination.

  • Do you offer trial passes?

    Yes. Day and week passes are available, they’re $15/day and $40/week. Sign up on the same day and your day pass fee will be applied towards your membership.

  • Do you have age restrictions?

    • Members and guests have to be a minimum of 14 years old to be on premises. No exceptions.

    • 14 - 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian member at all times.

    • 16 - 17 allowed during staffed hours only without parent or guardian. Can come after hours when accompanied by a parent or guardian member at all times.

  • What is your returns policy?

    • All physical products are final sale.

    • All services are final sale.

    • Physical product exchanges are not part of our returns policy.

  • What is your exchange policy?

    • Products can be exchanged within 30 days of placing your order.

    • Products must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached and in original packaging.

    • Once your item(s) arrive back at our facility, we will send out your requested item exchange.

    • The buyer is responsible for the exchange shipping back to and from us.

  • How long does Shipping take?

    • Once we receive your order, it will be processed in approximately 2-3 business days. We are working on completing orders in a timely manner as a small team, and we appreciate your patience while we fulfill your orders.

    • Once your order leaves our facility, the shipping carrier is responsible for the whereabouts of your package. Please consult your tracking number and contact the shipping carrier for any questions about delivery.
